"Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us"

"High class hotel with great staff and facilities. I didn't use 1/2 of them, but they were there if needed. My room was very well kitted out and even had some free fruit. The star of the show was breakfast. I think that's the biggest selection I've ever seen - well done. Many thanks for a nice stay."
