"Atendimento atencioso e hotel bem localizado."

"We were very impressed by all the staff couldn't do enough for us, we went there with friends to celebrate Moira's birthday. We had a few problems the air conditioning wasn't working so it was 27° in our room and very hot in our friends room also the jacuzzi bath didn't work. Some of the furniture needs tidying up. The big problem for us was the boat yard next door sanding a boat for painting was very noisy other than that we had a great time."

"The location was great, only a few meters from the bus station. The marina and most of Cartagena's attractions were within walking distance. There were many restaurants and bars nearby. The walk to the beach was long, but nice (about 40 minutes). The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The a/c and the wifi worked well. The view to the city was nice. The buffet breakfast was very good (breads, scrambled egg, grated tomatoes, meats, cheese, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate,...
