"Great location, well stocked, comfortable beds, and good communication. We were here for a couple of days while visiting Mesa Verde National Park. It was a quick drive in the morning to get to the park. It is also close to numerous downtown restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet. Nice open floor plan in the kitchen and living room. Host was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend."

"Best rental ever! Nicely maintained and decorated. Lots of extras: welcome wine, snacks, coffee, tea, cooking ingredients. Great location convenient to main st and mesa verde. Hope to visit again. "

"There were 5 hummingbirds that flew in 3 times a day. We had several visits by the mule deer and lizards. We heard lots of other animals. The scenery and surroundings mountains were spectacular. It was close to many interesting parks and towns to visit. The house especially the back porch was great. It was very well stocked. The driveway in wasn’t as rough as some described. "Absolutely wonderful!!!! Every thing we hoped for and more! We felt Cortez would be an excellent location to visit some of the National parks and this home was perfect, The kitchen was spacious and everything for meal preparation was at hand. There was plenty of room for our group to relax and the Star gazing from the massive deck was a bonus! Thanks for sharing you home! Jim and Lisa"

"I rented the skoolie to stay in while my son & I explored Mesa Verde. It was such a fun experience! Gave us a bit of a glamping experience, which I appreciated. The craftsmanship of the interior conversion is outstanding. The owners were also very responsive and helpful with our requests. I would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity. "

"Perfect for our needs. Home has everything you could need and was well stocked. Quiet location with a little elbow room yet still just a couple of minutes to restaurants in Cortez. House was clean and well organized. Host was easy to communicate with and only a text or phone call away. Would stay here again."

"We enjoyed the property location. Close to all amenities. Beds comfortable, nice kitchen area, and loved the gas grill. The fenced-in yard was perfect for the pets and the patio seating was great. Nice towels! If you cook much while staying here, you may want to bring your own spices. We brought our own paper towels, and definitely needed them. We were a little concerned about the livingroom furniture as the sturdiness was questionable. Overall, we were very happy and will return if...

"Communication with host was great. The dome is all off grid and they even called to make sure I knew to read all the instructions for operating everything. There was definitely a learning curve, but the instructions were thorough.Kitchen was fully equipped with necessities.
