"Good communication with Rocco and very quick responses to questions. Rocco is a welcoming host and has a beautiful home. The pool is the star of the property with plenty of space to chill outside. The surrounding garden was immaculate and enhanced the beauty of the space. The property was very clean. The location was ideal with a supermarket nearby. "Das einzige, das den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt hat, war, dass die Klimaanlagen nicht in den Schlafzimmern sind - darauf haben wir leider nicht geachtet. Da es am Abend jedoch meist kühler war, konnt man auch ohne Klimaanlagen schlafen"

"The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

Toutefois les matelas à ressorts sont très inconfortables, la piscine est commune à plusieurs locations (plus ou moins indiqué dans le texte de l’annonce mais nous avions coché "piscine privée"...), la terrasse de la maison étant à 3-4 mètres de la piscine nous avions des inconnus juste sous le nez (et avec des enfants, hors période scolaire..) dommage !"

"Sehr schönes Haus in Alleinlage mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Spektakulärer Ausblick, ruhige Lage und sehr netter Vermieter. Die Kommunikation mit Alfio lief unkompliziert und er war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Einzig die Küche ist etwas klein - aber sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Absolute Empfehlung! "

"We and our elderly parents (6 total) had a fantastic stay at this clean, spacious, magazine photoshoot-ready, beautiful villa (with sea access during summer months) in Oct/Nov and enjoyed the use of the wonderful, newly heated pool right up to the last day! "Pour nous tout était parfait les différentes terrasses pour toutes les heures de la journée la localisation permet d’accéder aux plus beaux spots de la côte ouest et de l’est enfin pour nous c’était génial sauf si quelqu’un pouvait passer à mi-séjour pour nettoyer la jolie petite piscine et on se perd un peu avec tous les boutons Electrique extérieur /intérieur plus d’indications permettrait de ne pas tâtonner …. Mais enfin qu’El bonheur !!!"

"We had an amazing time at the hotel. Its very quiet, the bed is confortable, nice sheets, good shower with pressure, good breakfast, people that work there are gentle and willing to help in anything you need. Of course its better to have a car to travel to Otranto and other beaches, which are near, otherwise you will have to spend with taxi that is expensive. We paid 25 euros from otranto to the hotel and they are very near. After the hotel indicated a car rental company and we rented a car. Very good choice of hotel."
