Parking was in a main car park at the top of a very hilly site with a 40 yard walk to carry luggage up and down a fairly steep hill."

It was during the hot weather and the window wouldn't open and the rooms do not have air condition. There was a wedding celebration and the room was over the area of the party. I asked to be moved and they did not want to help. They said the wedding would be finished by 12am. I argued that we paid to sleep at the hotel and I needed an...
