Charming family friendly coastal home min from beach and bay!!! Sleeps 9!

Come relax and unwind at Family Tides where memories are made! Completely remodeled 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an office/bonus room close to the bay, and a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Rockport "Certified Blue Wave" beach! We have a family-friendly home with games, toys, and a pack n play and high chair for your use.

We are in Palm Harbor Subdivision, a quaint waterfront community (our home is not on the water). We have families that live here as their primary home but also have many short-term rentals.
There are many fishing spots, including Aransas Bay, Copano Bay, Estes Flats nearby along with museums and restaurants for your enjoyment. Port Aransas is 13 miles from the home, and Corpus Christi is 25 miles. Come stay and play and make some memories!

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with bonus room/office! Relax on the front covered porch or on the patio in the backyard. We have a BBQ pit, 4 ft tall Connect 4 game, corn hole game, patio table for 6, and large umbrella. We also have a fish cleaning station for all the fisherman/woman as well as a few beach items such as chairs and toys.

The living room offers a few games for all and a 60" smart TV. Rest on the comfy sectional that has reclining chairs or in the recliner. The coffee table expands if you need room to play games!

The kitchen is fully stocked with all your appliances, dishes, utensils, and seasonings. We also have a wine fridge and Margaritaville margarita machine for your use. Childrens plates, bowls, utensils, cups, and sippy cups are also available. Will include detergent, trash bags, and paper towel to get you started.

Master bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury sheets and pillows! Large en-suite bathroom with double vanity and extra shelving for your personal items. Extra large shower with 2 shower heads and 1 rain shower. 50" smart tv with all your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Just sign in with your personal account! Closet is large and has an extra dresser, laundry basket, luggage rack, and clothes hangers.

Master also has another room that is separated by a door. It can be used as an office or a bedroom. It includes a twin daybed that has a twin trundle and includes luxury sheets and pillows. A desk is also provided as well as a closet organizer that has hangers and shelves for your use.

The back bed room has a queen bed with luxury sheets and pillows. Room has a 40" Smart TV that has all your streaming apps such as Netlfix, Hulu, etc. and all you need is your own personal account to log in!The closett has hangers a luggage rack, and extra comforter.

Front bed room has a full size bed and a twin/single bed with luxury sheets and pillows. Room has a 40" Smart TV that has all your streaming apps like Netlfix, Hulu etc. Just sign in with your personal login account. The closet has hangers, a luggage rack, extra comforters, and throw blankets.

The second bathroom has a deep soaking bathtub/shower combo and also has a blue tooth mirror that allows you to connect your phone so that you can listen to your music! Who doesn't like singing in the shower?

Laundry room is available with the washer and dryer and will include detergent and softener to get you started. Also, provide a First Aid kit, iron and iron board.

All bathrooms are supplied with bath towels, beach towels, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, hand lotion, and body soap. We also provide a high chair, pack n play (1 sheet included), and some toys as well.

Guests will be able to access the entire home except the owners' closets in master bathroom and laundry room. Large Storage Shed outside is also not available for guest use.

There are two cameras; one in the front of the home (doorbell) and the second is in the back. Cameras are intended only for the safety of the home itself as well as all guests. Turning off, adjusting, or blocking the cameras is a violation of house rules, and that will cause an immediate termination.

*Please note that we have recently upgraded and added an addition to the driveway. It now has boat parking and can fit 3-4 cars.
