1209 at the Sandpiper Condominium is a beautiful, beachfront unit with 3-bedrooms and 2 and ½ baths. Located on the 12th floor, where ceilings heights are uniquely 10.25 feet, 1209 is open and airy. The end-unit location allows one to experience breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the coastal bend through large, floor-to-ceiling windows.

Following Hurricane Harvey, 1209 was completely renovated; most furniture and appointments are new. Wood-look ceramic tile is installed throughout, and area rugs are placed in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is very spacious, with granite countertops, richly dark cabinets that accent the white-tiled backsplash, and an island for extra counter space and storage. All appliances are new as of 2019 and are stainless steel.

An uncluttered feeling within the living room is enhanced by a large, mirrored wall. The colorful furnishings are comfortable and functional. Accompanied by a Blu-ray disc player, the living room TV is 55”. The adjacent dining area has an island-style, rough-hewn table with 8 chairs.

The 3 bedrooms are large, seeming even more spacious with the tall ceilings. All bedroom's access balconies, where spectacular sunrises and sunsets are viewed while relaxing on pipe-style patio furniture. The master bedroom offers a king bed, 50” TV, and Blu-ray disc player. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and a wall-mounted, 40” TV. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a hand-made, custom-designed bunk bed which allows for 3 possible sleeping areas: a twin mattress at the top level, a queen-sized mattress at the main sleeping level, and a trundle-style pullout mattress below the queen bed. This bedroom also is equipped with a wall-mounted 40” TV.

All bathrooms are appointed with granite counter tops and custom, wood cabinets. The master bath has a walk-in shower with etched glass sliding doors. The second full bathroom offers a full-sized tub with shower capabilities. The ½ bath is conveniently located to the kitchen and other living spaces.

The Sandpiper offers many amenities that help to enhance the vacations of guests in 1209.
