🛑 Important Pool Info:
The HOA requires wristbands for pool access. Each home is allotted 8 wristbands—please do not lose or discard them. Replacement fee: $20 each.

Guests have full private access to the entire home 🏡 — including the front porch, driveway parking 🚗, and all indoor amenities. With the exception of one Owners' closet.

You'll also enjoy access to the community pool 🏊‍♀️ located just steps from your front porch — a true highlight for cooling off after a day at the beach or exploring Rockport.

Self check-in is a breeze with a smart lock 🔐 — we’ll send your unique access code before arrival, so you can head straight into vacation mode! 😎
