CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driverā€™s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guestā€™s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 35LBS OR LESS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Everything was clean and it all worked. Plenty of parking. Convenient to the beach and shopping. Will stay there again. It is a perfect setup for a couple and 3 or 4 children. A large master bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the hall and 2 sleeper sofas.

The property was clean and fully furnished. We enjoyed our stay the community is quiet and, kid friendly. Having two designated parking spots was a bonus not having to worry about finding parking close to your condo. The pool is clean and relaxing my family and I enjoyed it. I would recommend this property for a couple or small family it was great.

We had a popup opportunity and went for this property. The manager was easy to work with, including constant texting to check on us. We did have an issue on the unit address and figured it out. The unit was perfect for us, 2 elementary age boys and our small dog. We will definately be back.

Property was great, pool was very nice. My boys loved their bunk beds and the King bed was very comfortable! The only complaint was the tv in the living room, the color was messed up and no amount of tweaking got it fixed. But that is a minor complaint. Weā€™d definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and it was so conveniently located for us.. The only two complaints I had was the floors seemed to not have been mopped. From the first night there the bottom of our feet would be filthy from walking around on the floor. We took our shoes off at the door. I looked for a mop but could not find one otherwise I would have mopped the floors myself. The 2nd thing was the door. Twice I got stuck inside because I couldnā€™t get it open, I finally learned there was a trick to opening it. However, we did enjoy it and these are small things so we will be coming and staying there again. Donā€™t think it will be during hurricane season though, lol.

The condo was great...the only item I would say we had any challenges with over our stay was the front door & opening/closing the door...the code is easy enough, the door handle has a rubber grip on it to "assist" you open the door as it requires a bit more grip strength than a normal door...beyond that the condo was very nice, clean, & we really enjoyed our stay.

My parents and I rented this property and it was clean, nicely decorated, easy check in and check out. My mom complained about pots and pans being difficult to cook onā€¦ but she always has a complaint! She was able to make delicious meals regardless! It is not poolside, but very easy short walk to pool. Also, a great location if youā€™re going to beach and drive through access road. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location, floor could have been a little cleaner on arrival, but it wasn't horrible. We stay at this complex frequently and love the location. The condo is nice, lighting could use an upgrade - Higher lumen lights in the bathroom/bedroom would go a long way to brighten things up. Overall, no hesitations to stay again, just a few picky items!

We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. It had everything we needed. The beach was very clean and was only a couple of blocks away. I looked at many, many listings before deciding on this one. It was a great choice, we'd definitely stay here again.
