- Community charcoal grills conveniently located for outdoor cooking

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driverā€™s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guestā€™s name on the reservation.
-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 35LBS OR LESS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Family of 5 and our pup were able to fit comfortably in the unit. While not directly on the beach, the beach was a very short walk away. Great location to the mainland. Beds were very comfortable. I do wish there were better pans in the kitchen, but definitely did the job. This was my youngest childrenā€™s first time to the beach and they will forever have this trip in their memories.

We loved this place! When we walked in we were impressed how clean it was and they even took the time to put easy listening music on the TV. It was a sweet touch. It was small but felt big because it wasn't cluttered with furniture. The sleeper sofa was like a typical sleeper sofa, not very comfortable. But the other beds were so incredibly comfortable. I have back issues and end up sleeping on couches most places we stay but I had zero issues on the bed. The code to get in made it easy to access, the gate on the porch was a nice touch with my baby crawling around. The only issue we had was the people at the pool but that is not the rentals fault. We were frequently bothered by the loud music when it was explicitly stated no music and it was so loud and the drinking in the pool just really got to us. But it was a very nice pool otherwise, very clean and close to the property. We would definitely stay again but would try and stay when maybe there were less people at the pool.

Stayed here while our house was being finished. Great location and space inside the rental. Only negative was the kitchen was not very well stocked and there were no cleaning supplies to keep the place tidy especially if you are planning to be there for longer than a weekend.

The property was amazing. The only issue i had was i brought my dogs (which was great because not many places let you have large pets), but there wasn't really a good place for them to go out. There was no grass only rocks. Other than that I had no problems and would definitely stay again, just without my dogs.

This was our second stay in this condo, and loved the place for the location, cleanliness and quiet. Walking distance to the beach or very close to free beach parking. Bed is very comfortable and full kitchen was great for cooking in. There is a large and nice IGA grocery very close by.

Wonderful place. Super clean, spacious and well equipped with anything we could have needed. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. Rental management staff were extremely nice and super helpful. We will definitely be back.

Property was excellent. All needed amenities are included. My kids were excited about the on property playground, but it is closed for repairs. I wish we had known that when we booked. Pools are heated and are very well heated which was awesome. We would definitely go back.

Nice and clean rental. Easy check in. Easy instructions. Brought my dog which was very nice. Walking distance to a beach. Not really any bars or restaurants in walking distance if you are looking for that. But there are some a short drive away. Was able to reliably get ride share into Corpus, too, as needed. Would stay here again.

We loved this condo, it was clean, roomy and bright and great location, walking distance to the beach or a very short drive to a free parking area with bathrooms if you are loaded up with beach toys. Beach is very dog friendly with miles to walk and play. Would definitely return. We didn't use the pool onsite but it looked good for a family. Condo located in quiet corner end unit away from the pool.

Having stayed in numerous properties in around Corpus, we were disappointed by the lack of kitchen supplies. There was only 1 wine glass, no wine opener, no hot pan holders. The trash bag didnā€™t fit in the bin. The water from the fridge pressure was very low and slow as was the bathroom faucet water. The front door was black from all the dirty hand prints and there were spiders in several rooms. We would not stay in this property again. Good points: the linens, quilts were nice and beds comfortable and the show curtain was clean. Bunk beds were appreciated!

I was pleasantly happy with my stay. However, the dryer didnā€™t work and it did make it hard to wash/dry clothes. The maintenance people knew about the situation prior to trying to accommodate us. That was a little frustrating to hear because why would you rent the facility thatā€™s not fully functioning.

Nice location and beautiful house and community. We enjoyed the stay. All the essentials that you need in a house are well thought and available inside the house. Very convenient to get to the beach. Had a tripped breaker and the operations person was there within 10 min and had it fixed. Enjoyed the stay overall ! Will love to go back again.
