Welcome to My Island Time Cottage, a beautiful newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home located in the charming Station Street Cottage community. Perfectly positioned between two major beach access roads, getting to the sand is quick and easy by golf cart or car.
This home is one of just eight cottages in the community and features a private patio that opens up to the shared swimming pool and recreation area. There's even a charcoal grill located directly behind the cottage, making it easy to spend your afternoons swimming, grilling, and enjoying island time without ever leaving the neighborhood. Best of all, you can enjoy this slice of paradise right from the living room windows.

MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older

• Starter set includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies
• Starter items are intended for 1 night only and will not be resupplied
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas
• Cable and WiFi are provided as a convenience and Port A may experience outages
• No refunds for cable/WiFi outages or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance
• Mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful at times
• Properties are treated monthly by a professional pest control service
