Your 6BR/3.5BA rental is comprised of a 4BR/2BA home and an adjacent 2BR/1.5BA home. Conveniently situated just steps apart, the properties boast modern appointments, impressive kitchens, and breezy outdoor living areas.

HOME ONE

This home accommodates 10 guests.

Cathedral ceilings soar in the spacious Great Room, detailed with an array of plush seating and a smart TV.

Prepare everything from picnics to three-course meals in the chef’s kitchen, equipped with top-quality stainless steel appliances. Additional highlights include a Kitchenaid stand mixer and hammered-copper farmhouse sink. A stunning custom table seats 10 in the dining area.

The first bedroom features a king bed and a smart TV. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed, while the fourth includes two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Both bathrooms have a sparkling walk-in shower.

Step out for fresh air anytime on the covered wraparound balcony. Enjoy lovely bay views and gentle Gulf breezes on your expansive screened porch, configured with an outdoor living area and alfresco dining for 10.

Downstairs, you’ll find a covered fish-cleaning station as well as a fully enclosed outdoor shower.

HOME TWO

This home accommodates six guests.

Make yourself at home in the inviting living area, featuring a smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and two twin-size sleeper love seats.

Custom concrete countertops and stainless steel appliances gleam in the gourmet kitchen. When it’s time to eat, eight can share meals at the oversize kitchen island.

The first bedroom is detailed with a queen bed and a smart TV, while a pair of twin beds await in the second. The bathroom is fitted with a roomy walk-in shower.

A bay-view outdoor living area, the huge covered deck is the perfect spot for after-dinner drinks.

Downstairs, you’ll find a convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer and half bath. A covered patio offers more seating.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
