This well-appointed vacation home offers spacious living areas for up to 15 guests to spread out and relax. Some highlights at Sandy Toes include an updated modern kitchen with an island bar for extra seating, high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected to friends and work, 7 HDTVs including all bedrooms, 4 DVDs, CD player, stereo, a large 14x33 pool and pool deck, hot tub, picnic table, park grill, basketball goal, and an outdoor shower. The pool can be heated during off-season for a nominal fee ($150). An easy walk (less than 700 feet) via Sturgeon Street boardwalk will lead you directly to the pristine Whalehead Beach. Lifeguards are on duty during the summer season for your added safety on the beach.

For your convenience and further enjoyment, Monterey and TimBuck II shopping plazas with groceries, farm stands, fish markets, restaurants, bakeries, delis, beach shops, mini-golf, go-carts, and many more are in a walkable distance or short bike-ride away. Sectional sofa has pull out bed for your convenience.

Mid Level: Four bedrooms - king bedroom, TV with door to covered deck, pyramid bedroom, TV with sliding door to cover deck, bedroom, TV with two twin beds (full bath services pyramid, king and twin room). – king en suite with TV, bath has tub/shower.

Ground Level: King en suite with private bath, TV/DVD and extra chair for reading. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Outdoor shower, park built-in grill, entry to the house from the carport, pool area. Hot tub on the pool deck.
