This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 2 half bath oceanside escape truly is a "Star of the Sea”. Centrally located on Whalehead Beach within close proximity to great shops and restaurants. Beach access is a short walk to Marlin St.

This well-maintained home features a recently updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances including two full-size refrigerators and granite counter tops and is fully equipped for great home-cooked meals. Ceramic tile flooring throughout 3rd floor, updated paint throughout the home, some new furniture in bedrooms, and newly decorative bedding. All TVs on Ground Level and Mid Level are upgraded to Smart TVs.

Star of the Sea's open floor plan offers room to stretch out, relax, and enjoy the company of the entire family. Multiple decks give you prime sites to savor the ocean breeze and gaze upon the ocean views. Take in the sun around the private pool featuring a new Cabana with bar and powder room. In the evenings enjoy the brand new hot tub now located on the pool deck. To fuel your competitive edge a beach volleyball court has been added along with horseshoe pits.

Excellent for Families!

This house offered a truly amazing location for a family beach vacation! The house was very clean and well supplied with toys, games, movies, and other amenities. It was a short walk to the beach and there were great beach supplies. We used the pool and hot tub daily! The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. Overall, every person who came for the week absolutely loved the trip and especially the house!! We’re already planning a 2022 trip!

Property Management disappointing

The AC broke the first day we were there. I called the emergency off hours notice number 5 times and my emergency call was never returned. We couldn’t congregate in the common areas or cook as it was 90 degrees on the thermostat. On the second day they got us window units that helped somewhat but still not Comfortable. The air conditioning was finally fixed Friday before we we were headed home Sat. Pool was never cleaned mid week despite 2 phone calls to Resort Realty prop mgmt. It was finally cleaned Fri before we left early Sat am. Great house and nicely appointed, lots of rec equipment and everything needed to go to the beach. Tiki bar was fantastic and we enjoyed many happy hours there. But the management of the property and the response time left much to be desired. We would have enjoyed our time so much more if we could’ve been together upstairs playing games and cooking together after waiting all year for this trip! Not sure I would stay at this property under the same management again.

Great Property!!!

This home has everything a family would need. The kids had plenty things to do, even on rainy day. The kitchen was full of bonus supplies including slow cookers and blenders. There were plenty of beach chairs, 2 coolers and even a wagon to carry it all. The gas for the grill is provided and all grilling utensils are right in the cabana. Having a bathroom outside was great! If you're picky about your sheets you may want to bring your own. The ones provided are clean but not of a great quality. Towels are provided but next time I stay I'll bring a few extra because they only leave 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person. I don't have anything negative to say about the property, it was perfect. The lack of communication with the property manager, right up to checking in, was disappointing and discouraging at times. We loved our stay though, even through Tropical Storm Arthur!

Great house with great amenities!

The house was perfect for our large group. The pool and patio were great, especially having the cabana bar with outdoor bathroom. We rent with large groups every summer and I have to say the 3 refrigerators were perfect!!
