This 6-bedroom, 3,484 sq ft beach house sleeps 14 with every bedroom featuring its own private en-suite bath — six full baths and two half baths total. A huge 14x28 private pool, hot tub, game room with pool table, ships watch, three separate living areas, and unobstructed ocean views from every level make Seaside one of the premier vacation rentals on the Northern OBX. One-minute walk over the dune to the beach. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is required; just 3 miles up the 4x4 beach. Three-night minimum stays available in fall.

The first level has two duo-bunk master bedrooms with double bottom bunk and twin top, each with private bath.

The huge gated 14x28 private pool and hot tub sit on the first level alongside a cabana half bath and outdoor shower. Open June through end of September. Seaside offers three distinct living areas across three levels so every guest can find their perfect spot. The top level features leather seating and a home theater system with surround sound. The second level has a cozy den with smart TV. Up a half flight of stairs from the top level sits the ships watch — a four-seat loft perfect for card games, puzzles, or simply soaking in the panoramic ocean view.
