BookSmart Properties presents: Blue Monkey! After enjoying the beautiful beaches of Corolla only 5 min away, come kick back at this spacious & private home. Cool off in the pool, grab a drink at the tiki bar, and fire up the grill. This secluded oasis has activities for everyone with games such as horseshoes and foosball. At night, head up to the spa on the upper deck and relax under the stars. Located in the desirable Ocean Sands community and a short drive to local shops and restaurants!



The Space:

- Large private outdoor pool area with seating and tiki bar

- Upper and lower decks with seating, swing, and spa

- Screened-in outdoor picnic table

- Private driveway with covered carport

- Breakfast bar and full dining table

- Outdoor shower

- Fish cleaning station

- Horseshoe pit

- Foosball table



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**The pool will be open from 5/1 - 10/9. If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.**



The Neighborhood:

- 5 minute walk to beach entrance

- 3 minute drive to Harris Teeter

- 3 minute drive to Food Lion

- 3 minute drive to Timbuck II Shopping Village

- 9 minute drive to Corolla Lighthouse/Whalehead Club



Getting Around:

The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your transportation!



Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee.



Fee structure:

$150 pet fee



The pool will be open from 5/1 - 10/9. If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.



The hot tub will be open year-round.



Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
