Inside this vacation rental, you'll find a Recroom with TV/VCR, pool table and kitchenette with microwave and full-size refrigerator, Queen Bedroom with semi-private full bath, and a family Master Suite with a King Bed, Single Bed, Single built-in loft bed over a Queen and full bath.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with TV, Master Bedroom with 2 Doubles, 1 Single and TV/VCR, and a Queen Bedroom with TV that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles. Sitting room, laundry room with washer and dryer and the hot tub is on the deck.

Top Level: Great room with 75" HD TV/VCR/DVD, stereo with CD and surround sound, gas fireplace, dining room offering seating for 12, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, half bath and an enclosed sun room with 55" TV and fold-up card/game table. King Master Bedroom with TV and whirlpool tub.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has completed their work OR 4:00 pm check in time. *This service will not be available after the 2025 rental season.

Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.
