The Space:

Welcome to Tides and Tees! Located in the sought-after Currituck Club, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and resort-style amenities. Spend your days lounging by the private pool and hot tub, enjoying views from the sun porch, or taking advantage of the community's pools, pickleball courts, fitness center, and more.



The upper level features a bright and open living area with vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating and access to the sun porch overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen showcases appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar, while the adjacent dining area provides plenty of room for gathering together. A guest bedroom on this floor has access to a full bathroom that can be closed off for private use or opened for shared access from the main living area.



The lower level is home to the spacious primary suite, complete with a private bathroom featuring a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower. Two additional guest bedrooms, a full hall bathroom, and a laundry area provide comfortable accommodations for family and friends. A covered porch offers direct access to the pool and hot tub, extending the home's outdoor living space.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

During the summer months, getting to the beach is easy with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just a short walk away and once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. For a variety of recreation options, head over to the main clubhouse where you'll find a fitness center, outdoor pool with tiki bar, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard and more.
