"A lovely old property , steeped in history. Very unique! Wonderful friendly welcome , made to feel very special On arrival. Breakfast was lovely . Very easy parking . The bed was super comfy ! Highly recommended."

"From the start walking into reception staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure both myself and wife had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The room was immaculate, tea & coffee on tap, bottled water, fresh milk in the mini fridge. "We've come out for my 30th had a meal in the restaurant. The staff were lovely the food delicious and they even sang to me for my birthday ! Our check in was fab they were very laid back as we were worried about timings because we had a gin tasting event we were going to first. The staff put us as ease when we spoke to them. We did get confused where to park so parked up the road instead of the car park as our satnav took us to the wrong side of the building. How ever the car is fine parked...

"A lovely room in a converted stone building, separate from the main pub. Comfortable king-size bed and a small but adequate bathroom with an excellent rainfall shower. The only snag was the too-heavy duvet; we boiled on the first night! The second night we took the cover off it & slept under that. Good breakfast but we would have preferred to be able to eat at 8.30 instead of 9am."

"A lovely night at the Jamaica inn to break up our journey from the Midlands to Lands End. The family room was lovely - clean and comfortable and had all the am you need for a stay over. We had a meal in the restaurant (veggie burgers were delicious!) and a quick look around the museum - great fun! We'll definitely be back! "
