"Staff was very helpful. We will probably stay there on our next trip to Zanesville."

"The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast before hitting the road. However, the hallways were very noisy, and the walls were very thin. We were kept awake for several hours by a person talking on their cell phone. We thought that the person was outside in the new lounge area, but we soon realized he was simply in his room having a conversation on speakerphone with family. Because the walls were so thin, we could hear virtually everything being said."

"Clean room, we loved the jetted bathtub in the king suite. Mathew at the front desk was really nice upon arrival and check in."

"The hotel was small, the breakfast was okay but was extremely limited. Really my only complaint was that I got what they considered a “deluxe room” that was supposed to come with a bigger tv and nice shower with multiple shower head settings but when we got there the shower would not change from the basic shower head setting. Other than that pretty cute and quaint hotel"

"Great folks that work there. BUT MY ROOM GROSSED ME OUT. DIRTY DUSTY. I slept in my sleeping bag in to of the bedding. Mattress had a huge slope to the middle on both sides of bed Great breakfast. Convenient location. But really ruin down nasty The night desk person was Fabulous"

"This place is very nice. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained. Amazing outdoor and indoor lounge spaces. Rooms very fresh and clean. Check in and check out times (3pm and noon) are not something you see very often anymore. Big plus if you don’t want to be rushed out in the morning. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel."

"The room itself was fine. All I needed was a bed , tv and shower. It just was real old and dirty, and broken. My room smelled like smoke (cigarettes) so I asked the front desk to please get me a new room. He was very sweet and accommodating, but the second room he showed me, smelled even worse. After looking for other rooms online in a 20 mile radius, I decided I would just stay and make the best of it. There’s mold in the shower ceiling, many dents and knicks in the walls. And it smells like a...

"A last minute stay The Worthington was an oasis of comfort and hospitality in the midst of a severe storm making my original plans impossible. Super comfortable room, lovely heated salt pool, and exceptionally warm reception when I checked in."
