The neighborhood is very walkable, i go everywhere on foot. There are 2 groceries 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Yoga, coffee shops, parks, indie restaurants and boutiques all 1 to 15 minutes walking. The bus line is just up the street. "This little place is excellent for a single person looking for me time or a couple seeking a cozy love nest. Someone commented on it being a garage and it's a noisy area. Although it's a remodeled garage, it was beautifully done! It's basically a studio apt, with your own entrance, back patio, parking and everything you need for a getaway. It's located in a somewhat busy area, so you do hear the flow of traffic and the occasional people who walk by from other areas, but at no point was I...
