"Bad check-in experience. The receptionist was lazy, didn't tell us anything about the hotel, didn't offer us the possibility of a paid upgrade, didn't want to sell us the beverage package. Regarding the room, it clearly needs an urgent renovation. Old bed, old bedding, old tv. 3 star hotel standard. I can't understand how this hotel has the Shangri-la flag. As for the staff, very kind."

"The people were amazing, so helpful. We arranged for our luggage to be collected from our room but this was not done and we were late for the. Bus we had paid for, that is my only complaint in two weeks, also since 3 people were booked into our room there was only ever enough cups, ets for two. There should have been enough of everything for 3. Excellent resort didn’t want to leave."

"Our time at the Wellesley was my favourite part about our trip to Fiji. The room was gorgeous, spacious, clean with all the amenities you could need. The resort as a whole was breathtaking, with incredibly meticulous tropical landscaping and a view of the reef from the pool and restaurant that would make you shed a tear at dinner time.
