"Estou na recepção a mais de 1 hora e meia esperando atendimento. Pois quando você chega ao hotel é informado que precisa fazer um depósito de $400 dólares por diária. Mas no seu check-out eles se negaram a entregar qualquer comprovante do reembolso desse valor. Os quartos são velhos, hotel precisa de manutenção. Não voltaríamos. "

Regarding the room, it clearly needs an urgent renovation. Old bed, old bedding, old tv. 3 star hotel standard. I can't understand how this hotel has the Shangri-la flag.

Right in front of our unit it was unbearable and we asked to be moved and were told they'd look into it nothing happened!! We had no hot water for 2 days...no decent deck furniture and uncomfortable stool and a hammock chair you had to be a contortionist to get in and...
"That staff were very sweet, though other than that I did not like the property. The pool would be green sometimes, the food was not the best, there would be bugs in the room sometimes, the property overall was very run down. Traveling as a uni student I would not recommend. Not much to do there. Again, staff were extremely welcoming and sweet though that was about it. Ended up having to leave a day early. Definitely will not be coming back to that resort"
