"The resort is beautiful - from the decor to the beaches - and the facilities are excellent for all ages - kids club, pools, gym, a new water park is currently being built. Unfortunately, the quality and choice of food at the à la carte restaurants for dinner, particularly for our 2 year old, as well as the general inconsistency of service were below expectations for a five star hotel - especially when you consider the cost of half board. "The attentiveness of the staff is on another level here. This is a new hotel, but the level of comfort you feel here is incredible and all because of how caring the staff here is. We got greeted with a cocktail, everything was explained from beginning to an end. It was a hot day and all the guests at the pool were given cold towels, then a glass of a cold apple smoothie and on top of it we got asked if we want our sunglasses to be cleaned. I’ve never experienced the level of hospitality anywhere...
"I must say we were a little disappointed with the stay overall. I took a look at the photos again and they are a little misleading as the hotel is a lot bigger than the pics, with several additional floors having been added. The 5th floor 'sunset cocktail bar' wasn't built and was just a building site.
Our rooms were on the 4th floor overlooking the road but still a great view of the mountains - they were simple clean rooms but stark and had none of the soft furnishings displayed in the photos...

"The staff was very polite and helpful. We had a welcome drink and a plate of fruit on the room. The A/C was broken but the staff solved the problem while we had dinner. But the room was still very hot and the A/C was very noisy.
