"Great villa in a great location for accessing lots of the Paphos area. Pool and garden was perfect for chilling during the day and evenings, and the ping pong table was an added bonus. Area around the villa was also quiet with walkable bars and restaurants.Owner was really nice and welcoming in communications and telling us about the area before we arrived.Would happily stay here again."

"Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location. Still walking distance from the strip and local amenities. Brilliant outdoor space with very large pool. Everything inside was clean and worked well. Aircon and showers both very good. We all had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend or return. "

"Beautiful villa, central location with easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent WiFi connection. The villa has everything you would need and the management company were fantastic. Carrie from ROCA was brilliant in resolving a problem with our pool and had someone out to help us in 30 minutes. Great location for exploring the island by car, lots of great tourist sites close to Coral bay, definitely go to Paphos harbour, Aphrodites rock, Latchi, Geroskipou...

"We spent a wonderful week at the villa. The location was fantastic, really quiet and peaceful but only a 5 minute walk away from bars and restaurants. There was also a supermarket within the 5 min walk but we had a car and drove to the large Philippos supermarket which was one of the best supermarkets I have been to on my holidays- a wide selection of products plus a great deli, meat/fish counters and bakers. The view from the terrace and balconies was fantastic, and it was lovely to sit and...

"Large, clean villa in an ideal location in Coral Bay. 2 minute walk to the large supermarket and 5 minute walk to the lovely Coral Bay strip. George was a great host who made sure everything was ok for us and the pool was clean. George was also kind enough to let us stay in the villa in on our departure day until tea time as we had a late flight. Highly recommend! "

"Great villa in a quiet location. The communication we had with Lisa booking taxis and all information was excellent. Villa is a short walk from Philippos (supermarket) , then only a few minutes further and you are on Coral Bay strip. Villa is well equipped and even had plastic glasses for the pool area. "Had a lovely stay at villa safia total relaxation. The villa had everything you needed very home from home, and the complimentary welcome pack was spot on. "Great Villa - Lovely pool, so warm - Ideally located - you don’t need a car but we hired one directly across the road from Villa - Transfer was there when we landed - we requested lactose free milk and it was there in the fridge when we arrived. . Check-in was very easy with key safe code. Air-con very affective. Kitchen utensils good but only used glasses and a few bits. Needed a bulb replaced and it was rectified within a few hours. Can’t fault it. Thanks. "
