"Not a good experience for me, I'm afraid. You have to call to get the access code to the keybox. It would be easier if they could email/text on morning of arrival. The room was nice and clean although the sofa bed had some stains. Unfortunately, i couldn't get wifi to work, and I tried everything.There was no one on site to help, even though I'd checked in exactly at time requested. I had to find another hotel locally who kindly allowed me to use their guest wifi. It was essential as i needed...

"First of all it's extremely expensive for the quality of the food... Steak was overcooked, what they call Red Snapper is something else altogether, like small sea bass. There are a LOT of kids about. There was also techno every night around the time of the harbor fireworks that went on to midnight on a Monday. The gym was significantly scint. The people were exceedingly nice. The breakfast was quite lovely, but missing some things offered at other cheaper hotels in the area... Like champagne...

"The staff was very polite and helpful. We had a welcome drink and a plate of fruit on the room. The A/C was broken but the staff solved the problem while we had dinner. But the room was still very hot and the A/C was very noisy. The overall staying was nice"
