The updated appliances make cooking fun and easy, you also can appreciate the gorgeous mountain views right from the kitchen! You can also utilize the gas grill on the deck if you are eager to grill up a delicious meal!
Perfect for a small family getaway this condo includes high-speed wireless internet and ceiling fans in every room for when it gets warm in the summer!
If you like to end your evenings cuddled up by the fire watching a movie, the surround sound will be a perfect addition to your experience! There are 2 televisions in the unit in case the group wants to watch different things. There is also a beautiful community hot tub in the complex when you want to sit back and relax in warmth as the snow falls.
In the unit, you will also find a washer and dryer so if you need to do any laundry during your stay you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own space! We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our properties for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers` guidelines.

What comes to mind when you think of Copper Mountain? Snow-covered mountain peaks, the exhilarating rush as you swoop down the ski slope or the scent of pine needles mingling with earth on the hiking trails through the woods, perhaps? Needless to say, whatever it is it likely has something to do with sports and nature. In a location that attracts so many world-class athletes and winter sport enthusiasts, it’s almost hard to imagine people having fun off the slopes. But for the locals living here, there’s more to their home than winter sports. That’s where Summit County community events come in; these are happenings created by community members for their fellow residents. These events, unlike the goings on at ski resorts that help you get away from it all, aren’t vacation driven. Summit County’s community events are the niche affairs that make the area more than a destination resort – they make it a home to so many people.

There is a free bus in the county called the Summit Stage that will take you anywhere (Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Blue River, Copper)

Whether winter or summer, Copper Mountain activities and programs will keep you busy, happy and relaxed at the same time. The ski resort operates well-run camps for kids by age and skill level. Trailblazers (ages 3 to 5), Scooters (ages 4 to 12) and Choppers (8 to 18) help participants gain confidence and skills while tackling fears and bad habits to enable an appreciation for snow sports and adventure within a safe environment. For parents and children, the Kids’ Night Out (KNO) program is a three-hour childcare service where kids can watch movies, play games (group, board or interactive videos like Wii) while parents get some well-deserved together time. Among the many other Copper Mountain activities, families can ski with a Dillon ranger. This one-hour free session is a history tour that also introduces participants to National Forest wildlife, plants and geography. Also free, mountain ambassadors lead snowshoeing tours for guests of all abilities. As it’s noted popularly, if you can walk, you can snowshoe!
-Everything Summit
We want you to enjoy your vacation but please remember at all times that this is somebody`s home and we expect you to treat it as if it were your own. No smoking. No pets. Please remove shoes upon entering the home. No ski boots in the home.

1. Agreement: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. Security Deposit: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after a routine inspection of the property has been made and no damage has been discovered. Agreeing to these terms you alone agree to accept responsibility for full payment of your reservation and the integrity of the property rented.

4. Check In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval through 5 Diamond Lodging is required.

5. Check out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Prior approval by 5 Diamond Lodging is required for a late check-out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers (if issued) at the location. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener if misplaced.

6. Cleaning: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for a normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation right up to the last moment. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received and follow the checkout checklist at departure.

7. Sleeping Capacity: Guests and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit all fees paid for any of the following: a. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity b. Using the property for any illegal activities including, but not limited to, the possession or consumption of alcohol by persons less than 21 years of age.
c. Causing damage to the premises rented or to any neighboring properties. d. Any other act which interferes with your neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment of their property. e. Guests will obey the HOA rules and regulations and follow quiet hours from 7am-10pm. No parties or events, loud outdoor music or loud voices. If for any reason law enforcement is called
due to disturbances emanating from the property or grounds there will be a minimum of $250 charged to your credit card per incident. If the short term rental disturbance line is called for any violation of these terms during your stay you may be subject to immediate eviction.
8. Hot tub and Patios: Guest hereby acknowledges that, if the property they have reserved includes a hot-tub, they are fully aware that a hot-tub and the surrounding patio / deck can be dangerous. The deck / patio can be slippery when wet and that injury is likely to occur to anyone who is careless. Guests should observe and adhere to all rules and policies posted at the property.

Great condo- well stocked kitchen, spacious with dining room table for 6 and living room with pull couch that was comfortable to sleep on. Nice soaking tub in primary bedroom bath. The best thing about this place was the location! 2 minute walk to Woodwinds Express. On the third floor, but you can leave gear and boots in heated garage on first floor.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. The fact that we have now used it twice probably says more about what we think. We love the property and its location to the slopes (close to west village lifts, parking for 2 cars, easy walk to central village, clean, quiet, and well maintained). Yes we’ll be back again if the unit is available

We spent the 4th of July weekend in this nicely kept condo in the west end of Copper. We found it roomy and well stocked. Was nice to be on the 3rd floor and have a grill on the deck. There was also a nice view towards the Copper slopes from the deck. We only used the primary bedroom as there were just two of us, the bed was comfortable and on the softer side. This condo met our goal of a comfortable and quiet location, yet close to the activites in Center Village. We would return again!

good communication with hosts, plenty of room, kitchen well stocked, washer/dryer was a plus and the outside grill. near the lifts for the green slopes and ski school - have to traverse over if you need to get to the harder runs. about a 10 min walk into the centre of the village

We love skiing at Copper Mountain, and The Cache is one of our favorite places to stay. This unit in particular is very nice. It was immaculately clean, well stocked, short walking distance to the Woodward lift, and the heated garage was large enough to park our Suburban and store our ski equipment. Thank you to the Allen family for letting us stay in your home!

Great location to the lift. Clean and had great startup provisions as well as everything we needed for the weekend. Loved having the garage! Only problem was figuring out where to bring the garbage and surprised that no place nearby for the recyclables.

Great spot .. very short walk from condo to lift. Great spot if u have 2 cars as one will fit in garage and the other in driveway. Condo is spacious and well maintained with amenities. They have hot tub we did not use. We walked each night to central village for dinners… there is a path that is a bit shorter than taking the sidewalk next to road. Only 2 minor negatives: - fireplace was gas and would not turn on despite us seeing the lit pilot. Not a big deal for us but we did try to use it - the condo is up 2 sets of stairs and at night the property lights were not on which meant the stairwells were pitch black (thank god that cell phones have a flash light). It appeared to be a problem with the building lights and not the individual condo lights Would definitely recommend this condo and would definitely stay again

Had a lovely time at this condo on Copper Mountain. It’s larger than I expected from the pictures. Rooms and living area are large and we had more than enough space for 6 of us. Kitchen is fully stocked and we could cook all our meals there. Had a great time playing games that they had in the cabin. I’ll definitely be booking this place again for my next stay.

Perfect set-up for our family with 2 little kids. had all essentials including plenty of extra towels, blankets, humidifiers, kitchen spices and condiments. Easy 1 minute walk to ski school for the kids and to the lift for us. Management was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and property especially for little ones with ski school. About as close to ski-in/ski-out as you can get. Garage was convenient to keep skis and equipment, sleds provided too which was a nice bonus! Would highly recommend.
