"When walking into room, we noticed how dirty the bathroom floor was. It looked a bm had been tracked throughout the bath and entry. The carpet need to be vacuumed. The bedding didnt look clean. The bathtub was not clean. Staff moved us to another room. However,that room smelled like sewage. At 71 i need lots of light. With bedside lights it was not near enough. I wont stay there again."

"Olá , ao chegar o hotel estava em reforma , o quarto é top a piscina estava fria apesar de ter aquecedor . Solicitei Up grade por enfrentar cheiro de tinner mas não fui atendido , me pediram 3 dias por estar lotado , passaram os três dias e ninguém mas falou como fiquei 11 dias após a reforma até gostei . A localização é excelente o atendimento poderia melhor funcionários deixaram a desejar no atendimento principalmente na recepção . Limpeza top , voltaria. "
