"Everything was great. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Staff were wonderful. My only comment would be that an air conditioner would make it perfect. There is not a pool but there is a nice little sandy beach nearby and you can walk all around town."

"As one of the cheapest motels, it hasn’t been renovated in a few decades. The mattress and pillows are cheap and old. The floors and walls haven’t been cleaned in a long time. BUT the pool was good and the perfect temperature. The kids will love it. If this is all you can afford, it is stayable.. Maybe just go buy a pillow at Walmart."

"Beautiful house on Sprout lake, less than 1 min to the waters edge. The place was spotless, had all the nice little touches, and the only thing we needed to bring was our food. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this hidden gem as a romantic get away."

"Loved the location, and the check-in staff (located in spa) were very kind. The big issue with our room was the pull out sofa bed. It absolutely would not pull out. My friend and I both tugged and tried to open the bed and it would not budge. We finally stopped trying and I just slept on the couch which was not comfortable. It was late and after hours when we tried to open the sofa so we didn’t contact the emergency number. That was a huge issue bc I booked the room so we could have separate...

Bathroom could do with some renovations but there was toiletries and clean towels. It's an old building and it's a little worn but I think the price reflects this. It definately has history and character! The surrounding area is not the prettiest (old industrial) so the views may not be great from the windows, but again, for these prices is expected.
