"The floater in the toilet tank was broken. The floater in the water tank does not work; therefore, causing the water to drain non-stop into the overflow pipe.
This appears to be an known issue as the water was shut off and needed to be manually turned on for the toilet to flush ,,, it was not never fixed."

"Felt very homey. Loved the lodge look on the inside of the room. Cleanliness was overall great. NO Ac but enough windows to get a breeze through. The beds are comfortable but sounded like they were going to break when turning. Maybe bigger tvs. The lady at the front is very nice and sweet. Asked for items and she was at our door very quickly with what we asked for."

"Complete bait-and-switch. Do not stay here.
The photos online are entirely different from reality. They advertise beautiful riverfront rooms, but then they place you in a completely different location with no view at all. On top of the major misrepresentation, the room didn't even have basic amenities like coffee or tea sachets. Total scam—avoid this place."

"Staff was super helpful, nice, accommodating, and went the extra mile for us to check-in. We were still an hour away, and didn’t realize the time that the office closed. They reached out and took our info over the phone and made an exception so we could get into the room after hours. Would definitely stay again!!!"
