"Check in was a breeze. Ample parking. Great view of the lake as we had a BALCONY room. Outdoor pool was very clean. There was a indoor pool , community jacuzzi and a small arcade room with pinball, pool table and games of chance. Also an old school outside ice cream bar vending machine. Over all the place had a great laid back 70's Adirondack type vibe. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

They were very attentive and customer focused at breakfast recently and quickly remedied a situation (where the food ran very low due to staff shortage and new staff understanding expectations). "Staff was friendly, dietary options, bed was comfortable, water containers in room with comfotable lounger. Loved the power strip to accomodate my electronics. What can be improved is the parking for larger vehicles but a space was found for my husbands truck. Though the bathroom was tight, the room was spacious. Cooperstown is quiet but you feel relaxed and refreshed after your stay."
