"What a beautiful property! We had an hours-long tour with Kathy, the caretaker, who lives in a cottage at the back of the property. There was so much to explore! The kids loved the pool. We played tennis. We walked, and walked, and walked. Quirky, and fun! Kathy and the team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Beds were comfy, and lots of care taken to keep the place clean and visually interesting. Enjoy! "

"We stayed overnight on our way to Melbourne and loved it. The kids are already planning are trip to come back and stay for longer. Staff were lovely, the cabin was great and had everything we needed and there was the indoor pool that everyone enjoyed. Definitely recommend staying here. "

"Great one night stay - obviously not the comfort of a modern hotel room, but this is compensated by the amount of history that is on offer. Still has all the basic facilities you need such as outdoor area, communal showers and kitchen facilities."
