It’s right in the heart of Athens, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, and many of the major attractions. The room itself was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. "The villa is beautiful and perfectly planned. The surroundings and views are spectacular. In mid october the pool was very cool (cooler than the Euboian gulf). Heating would have been very nice. The kitchen was well suited for cooking, but we missed a few utensils, for instance a pasta spoon. Also we had to buy toiletpaper, detergent and barbeque charcoal, which was difficult to find. The host had put a pet bottle of white wine on the table when we checked in. That was nice, but basic things...

"We loved staying here. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but only a few minutes walk to nearby restaurants and the beachfront boardwalk. There is a small grocery store within a 1 minute walk, which was convenient. The bedroom is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The ammenties were plentifull, including a seat in the shower for the ladies to shave their legs. Air conditioners are in the living room and bedroom and kept the space very comfortable.
