"Staff throughout hotel were wonderful. One evening my door handle to my room broke and the next morning they had replaced it. Everything went smoothly. The massages at the spa were 1st class. I recommend the palm reading too."

"A very welcoming member of staff showed to to my room and told me the basics, it was just a layover but offered me all I wanted a bed and shower, it was also very clean."

"施設は古いものの、料金を考えれば満足度は非常に高いです。レセプション、他スタッフも親切で、デンパサール観光にロケーションも抜群でした。"

"Villa is exactly how it is advertised. Clean, spacious and in a fairly quiet area in Sanur. 17 min bike ride to beach area, has a few small eateries and convenient stores in walking distance, off main street. Pool is well maintained and housekeeping comes roughly every other day. They replace all linen, clean all areas including the pool. Staff and management are very responsive Villa comes with coffee, tea and sugar. Definitely recommend"

"Lovely pool and staff. Despite how cheap the room was the bedding was dirty, the rest was okay for a one-night stop after arriving in Denpasar. "

"Clean property and staff was very kind! Only downside was the school right next door which was very loud in the mornings"

The receptionist questioned whether the reservation was really theirs and tried to verify their phone number unnecessarily, even though it clearly matched the booking. When they checked in, there was only one towel and a tiny bar of soap for two people—completely inadequate. Thankfully, they had brought their own towels. The staff handed them a price list for...

"Excellent service, personnel sympathique et très aidant. La chambre belle et propre. Bonne localisation, on a pu faire la visite fes principaux attraits de Denpasar à pied."
