"The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always smiling! The air conditioner in our room was leaking water onto the floor on our arrival. We reported it and it was fixed immediately. The tv did not work but on reporting it, it was replaced by another. The tap in the wash basin was extremely loose but was attended to after we reported it. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a very good job!"

"Staff throughout hotel were wonderful. One evening my door handle to my room broke and the next morning they had replaced it. Everything went smoothly. The massages at the spa were 1st class. I recommend the palm reading too."

"Ar condicionado não funcionou ,frigobar velho e barulhento ,quando cheguei no apto a roupa de cama suja l. Tive q solicitar a troca ."

"It was a tranquil place inside the homestay. Busy part of sanur during the day due to proximity to the sanur harbour. Perfect location for taking ferries to the islands. Lola and Ray were very nice. Cats on site were super cute. Feed them if you go there❤️"

"A very welcoming member of staff showed to to my room and told me the basics, it was just a layover but offered me all I wanted a bed and shower, it was also very clean."

"施設は古いものの、料金を考えれば満足度は非常に高いです。レセプション、他スタッフも親切で、デンパサール観光にロケーションも抜群でした。"

"Villa is exactly how it is advertised. Clean, spacious and in a fairly quiet area in Sanur. 17 min bike ride to beach area, has a few small eateries and convenient stores in walking distance, off main street. Pool is well maintained and housekeeping comes roughly every other day. They replace all linen, clean all areas including the pool. Staff and management are very responsive Villa comes with coffee, tea and sugar. Definitely recommend"

"Breakfast was included with my room but I had a day trip planned before breakfast started. The front desk was helpful and arranged a breakfast made the night before for me so I could have my free breakfast still."

"Lovely pool and staff. Despite how cheap the room was the bedding was dirty, the rest was okay for a one-night stop after arriving in Denpasar. "

"Clean property and staff was very kind! Only downside was the school right next door which was very loud in the mornings"

"The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to...

"Not great location but great for what we paid "

"Lilly the manager was outstanding"

"The driveway to the guesthouse was appalling. It was so narrow that most Grab bookings would message asking us to meet them on the road as the driveway was too small for them to come down. It also needs to be paved or concreted to make walking on it, especially at night, a little safer. The paving inside the guesthouse is not suitcase friendly as it is slabs of concrete with large gaps in between. We only had two small suitcases, so it wasn't too bad, but if anyone had bigger or heavier cases,...

"At 1:00 am traffic from the international arrivals Grab lounge was 28 minutes. Check in with passport was smooth. Convenience store is across the street. For purchasing drinking water or other forgotten amenities. The hotel provides refillable glass bottles and water from a filtered water station at the reception center but we chose to purchase from the store. Hotel is five minutes from the port which is the prime reason for selecting this hotel. If your first stop is Nusa Penida and you...

"Bhatara Villas are tucked away in an active village in Sanur. The property was great & the food from the on-site restaurant was excellent. You could dine-in, or have your food delivered to the villa which was convenient. There was also a kitchenette in the villa if you prefer to prepare your own meals. We enjoyed the privacy, as well as the hospitality from the staff. We even managed to squeeze in a very nice massage just before we departed from the Spa services offered on site. I'd certainly...
