"We enjoyed our three night stay at The Twelve hotel in Barna. We decided to try staying outside of Galway and used bus and taxi to get in and out of town. The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious (we had a King suite). The morning breakfast was excellent. While Barna was not particularly walkable, we were able to take the city bus both into Galway to explore the city and take an excursion to the Cliffs of Moher, as well as to the ferrys to Aran Islands. "O hotel está totalmente reformado. O estacionamento ainda não está pronto, obrigando-nos a parar na rua. A cama é super confortável e o quarto é espaçoso. O aquecedor é digital, o espelho do banheiro acende e os amenities são de ótima qualidade, embora de perfume muito sutil. Deveriam deixar os dados de Wi-Fi no quarto ou entregarem junto com as chaves no check in."

"Lovely quiet and secluded. The area around the lodge is absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast and dinner were lovely as well. We used the lodge as our base for a couple of days of hiking in Connemara and it was perfect! The only issue we had was our room was too hot and we couldn’t find a thermostat to lower the heating, opening windows was not really an option because of insects."

"The property was beautifully decorated. Staff were all mostly helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Nice and hot. Room was a family room very spacious, net curtains could do with being replaced. Quite ripped and worn Other than that room was very comfortable. Would nt hesitate to go back to this hotel again. Not really far from Galway. "
