Newly installed kitchen which is very well equipped with double electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer plus a washing machine.

Comfortable lounge with traditional open fire and TV. A cosy room which is perfect for relaxing in after a day spent exploring the local area

First floor
Situated on the first floor is a large bedroom with newly appointed bathroom next door.

Due to the nature of the garden we ask that all young children are supervised in the garden area.

We can offer free use of a 1 acre field in Coniston village. Use by arrangement only. Please contact the office for availability.
