"The hotel is nice, rooms are large and comfortable. The first room they gave me had a nice view to the river but it was for people with deficiencies. It was fine but After a long drive, I was dreaming with a bath tub. They quickly changed me to another room on the same floor. Unfortunately the tv cable was not working, but since that was not a big issue for me, I didn't bother them to do anything. "O hotel está totalmente reformado. O estacionamento ainda não está pronto, obrigando-nos a parar na rua. A cama é super confortável e o quarto é espaçoso. O aquecedor é digital, o espelho do banheiro acende e os amenities são de ótima qualidade, embora de perfume muito sutil. Deveriam deixar os dados de Wi-Fi no quarto ou entregarem junto com as chaves no check in."

"When we were checking out we asked the receptionist where we could buy a new umbrella nearby. She went and got us one from their lost & found collection, saying “people leave umbrellas behind in their rooms all of the time”. She saved us time and money AND saved the planet some landfill space by recycling a perfectly good umbrella! Our room was perfect, the hotel was quiet, our breakfast and dinner were very good and the hotel was within walking distance to a local pub with an “open” session...
