"My siblings and I were in town for a family wedding, and we determined that it was more economical to stay in the VRBO instead of a hotel. A bonus was that we were able to stay together, something that we all look forward to whenever we can. Although we didn’t use many of the amenities, we found the house to be very comfortable and clean. We all agreed, this was an A rental!"

"We booked this location for my daughter‘s family, which includes my daughter, her husband and my twin grandkids. They loved the look and cleanliness of the cabin and loved the fact that there were so many animals that were comfortable enough to come and get close to them so that they could engage. We are already looking to book another stay at the Letchworth Farm and book both the cottage and the cabin."

"We had a great time staying here. It’s a cozy home with just about anything you could possibly need! We really enjoyed the shuffleboard table and hanging out on the deck. It was a very relaxing stay! We would definitely visit again. "

Visiting with the animals on the farm, collecting and eating fresh eggs, sipping hot coffee while watching the sunrise, and stargazing in the evening made the experience a memorable one. To top it all off, it was a short and easy drive to the variety of trailheads and lookouts in Letchworth State Park."

"The property is a lovely lakefront house with upper and lower porches overlooking dock and lake. The mid-Sept weather was gorgeous; kayaked twice and even managed a (chilly) swim in the lake. Having a piano in the living room was special; it was fun trying to remember my piano lessons from 60 years ago. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes from town with several restaurants and Wegman's that offers prepared meals that can be warmed up. The Heron Hill winery is a 20 min scenic...

"What sold me and my family on this property was the photos of the location and they did not do it justice! This location is absolutely breathtaking inside and out! My personal favorite was the open kitchen into the dining area and the outside patio overlooking Canandaigua Lake! The downstairs living and bedrooms were so cozy and inviting! We used every space of this property and loved our six day stay! The one thing I would suggest is additional umbrellas for the outside patio that gets very hot...

"The lake house was perfect for my husband and I and our dog Max. The home was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The fire pit was perfect to sit at while we watched the sunsets. We would definitely recommend the home. Maria was an excellent host!"
