"This is our 4th time staying here and we used to love it. It’s a great location and the amenities are great. They have an indoor pool that’s heated, a decent gym and a great restaurant. We had problems last year with the staff/hotel and we did again this year. The 1st problem was they would not let us use any of the facilities until we were checked it. I’ve never seen this policy before in a hotel. We were hoping to use the gym until the room was ready and they would not let us. When we finally...

"The room was ok but I had to change rooms. The first room the air conditioner was making a noise and the attendant went to check it out and the entire front panel fell off. The 2nd room the curtain was hanging off and the water pressure was extremely slow. I had to change rooms twice. There was renovation going on so the fire alarm kept going off. It was supposed to be continental breakfast but not sure if that actually happened with the renovation going on. For the rate I paid, it should have...

"We stayed 3 nights. Musty smell as we entered room. Beds were low (like futons) and were very uncomfortable. Very thin blankets. Sink faucet leaked water back. Pool and hot tub were nice but the hot tub bubbles did not work and with only 2 jets. Free use of washer and dryer but hotel did have detergent to purchase. Breakfast was standard continental style. On the plus size there are lots of food and shopping options close by. We walked to Tanger outlet and mall. Would we stay here...

"We were traveling with our grand children and their other set of grandparent. When they made their reservation they needed two adjoining rooms. They were told to call on their way down to confirm the rooms. They were told the rooms were given away. Without the rooms they were not able to spend the night and had to return home. Also when we arrived the staff at the desk were very unprofessional. The hotel should not offer adjoining room if they are not available."

Voltando a Lancaster, com certeza me hospedarei lá novamente."

"The hotel is great. Rooms are immaculately clean and the little kitchenette was perfect for us. The coffee is abysmal and the breakfast area was really busy and picked over. So besides that, we loved the hotel location and the quality of the room. We just know we have to get our coffee somewhere else. Will definitely stay again."
