"Great location. Easy ski in ski out to Breck peak 9. Room was very clean and great amount of space for 2 people. Very nice that a humidifier was in the room as it is needed for the dry CO mountain air. Check in / check out was super easy. Only downsides (and these were minor) were indoor hot tub was being renovated (outdoor hot tube was fine just small) and skis are too big to get locked in ski check room. Looks look like locks were made for pre 1990 skis which were stick straight. In any...

"While the property managers were excellent our stay wasn’t. On more than 4 occasions we had marijuana smoke or cigarette smoke coming into our condo in the early morning and late afternoon. Also our toilet broke and we had to use one in another condo down the hall. Again our property managers were great and these things weren’t their fault but the smoke was especially gross."

"This property was a wonderful place for my wife and I to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary! The layout was great, and the hot tub was wonderful! The communication with the host was outstanding! We even had great interaction with the person who cleans the apartment, and the apartment is very well cared for.The location of the house and apartment is in a nice housing development in Breckenridge. Being from hot and humid Kansas, Breckenridge is a great place to enjoy some cooler weather in...

Reviewer Comments:
We stayed for the week and loved the location! We are fans of being close to Main Street and walking around town, so this location was perfect. The place is good for 2-3 people, we don’t see how 6 could stay comfortably."

"Had a great stay! Our dog loved the creek out front and we all enjoyed the huge deck - both the covered and uncovered portion - well equipped with lounge chairs, fire pit, and fully fenced in so our dog could run freely around the deck area. We didn't spend too much time inside on this trip, but it was comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. The grounds in Tiger Run were very nice, the club house was great - included lots of fun things like game room, swimming pool, outdoor...

"We loved our stay, it was a little confusing at first to get the keys but we got it. Lovely views! Nice and clean. 2 window cranks were broken and it would have been nice to open them because the weather was gorgeous! Other than that small detail, we had a great stay."
