Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
For an added dose of relaxation and recreation, guests can also enjoy seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex. I booked at Bliss but the day of our arrival we were told our location was Trails End. This was not 5.7 mile trip to Copper, ot was a 27 minute trip. I also booked a 2 bedroom at Bliss but our stay at Trails End was a 1 bedroom which was not ideal for 4 adults. Very diceiving and the check in host did not accomodate in relocating us to a 2 bedroom location.

The location, in proximity to town, was great. The condo was clean. However, there is no elevator from the parking level and there are several stairs to get to the elevators once inside that front door which makes it very cumbersome to get everything to and from the condo. It definitely does not comply with the ADA. The building is NOT handicap accessable. While there is a wheelchair lift next to the stairs, it was not in operation due to remodeling.

My fiancé and I booked a last minute trip and stayed 4 nights at this condo. The check-in process was easy with keyless entry. The condo itself was well equipped with basically everything that you need. There’s a garage and outside parking (with the parking pass). The veranda was large with a table and chairs that overlook the gorgeous terrain. Unfortunately, the whole lobby and onsite hot tub were out of commission because they were doing renovations which we didn’t read anything about on the listing. But, we weren’t too affected by this as there was a shared pool/hot tub across the street. And, we couldn’t hear much of the construction from the 2nd floor. The checkout process was even easier than check-in. The location was fantastic! It was very conveniently located with easy to access many things in Breck. It’s within walking distance to Main St (coffee shops/restaurants/stores), the BreckConnect Gondola, hiking trails, and much more. There’s even a (free) bus stop across the street which can take you around town or to the bus station to hop onto a different route. We would recommend this condo to others (as long as construction doesn’t phase you or your family). Ultimately, we would love to come back to this condo!

Great location, communication lacking
The condo was as advertised, clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, the construction directly outside our unit was not communicated and made it difficult to enjoy the patio or leave our windows open 3 of the 5 days. Also, there was a leak in our condo and they did not call to let us know they were in our unit which created a scary moment for my young adult daughter coming home to find someone in our unit and they had to turn our water off which was not communicated until we came home after a sweaty hike to shower and were unable to, nor use the restroom. They also did not communicate when the water was turned back on which left us out of the condo about 4 hours longer than necessary.

Spring break skiing
Great location for skiing with the Quicksilver lift right out the back door. My family of 4 had a great time skiing all day and walking to town for dinner and shopping!

Breckenridge Condo
The condo is located in an excellent location near the ski lift and downtown, all within a five minute walk. The condo was well furnished and clean. My only suggestions would be:1). The toilet needs to be fixed as it would constantly run unless the handle was jiggled. 2). The management should at least give the address of the condo to the incoming guest so that at least they will know their general location. We arrived in Breckenridge at 2:00 (VRBO said check in was 2-4) and had NO idea where our rental was. It was hard to make any plans not knowing where we would be even staying. I understand not releasing the unit entry information, but we had to wait until 4:15 to find out. 3) Check out information should be upfront and not given the day before departure. We had to leave early due to incoming weather in our home state. We received a text after we left that we had to text management with a picture of pool key, etc. The welcoming info gives general info about check out; however, the reference to texting management regarding pictures of keys does not contain the word “text” and it is not even a sentence. This welcoming info needs to be seriously rewritten and clear to the renter. Despite the above, I would recommend this property.

Great place!
Great unit, really comfortable and the property management folks were really responsive and very helpful. We had trouble getting the tv in the bedroom to work and they immediately responded that they were working on getting a tech out. We knew the unit would be non smoking which is why we booked property with a balcony but we were very surprised to find out the the entire property is non smoking, it was very inconvenient especially because it rained several times during our stay. The location is close to Main St making it easy to get to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the responsiveness of the management company but probably won't be back.

Great place!
The location is perfect! The condo was clean and very nice, wish we could have stayed longer. The only downside was the indoor hot tub/pool was not useable and the hours for the outdoor hot tub are not convenient and very limited, but the accommodation itself is great!

Good for the Price, Pool is Bad
The condo itself was nice enough for the price. Bed was not very comfy and the pillows weren’t good either. Pool/hotub area was very disappointing- poorly maintained, old and wearing out. Location was good, decent value for the price- kitchen and living room were nice- just overall just not as nice as it appears. Lots of little oddities- garage key was really difficult- we weren’t the only ones to struggle, internet router wasn’t plugged in so we had no internet or TV for the first couple days until we figured it out. Would we stay again, possibly.

Lovely and perfect place. Once suggestion...
We absolutely enjoyed this property. The pool was a little inconvenient but doable. We would suggest that you have pool towels available either at the pool or in the condo. We had four people and four bath towels. We went to the pool/hot tub every day of our stay and had to use our bath towels for both the pool and our shower use.
Other than that, everything was great.

We'll Be Back!
First, thank you for allowing us to stay at your property! The condo was extremely well furnished and there was nothing extra that we needed (although we dined out at night and did not cook). Very short distance to the Quicksilver Lift...and a 5-10 minute walk to numerous restaurants.

Great Breckenridge condo!
Great place! Location was perfect for beginner-ish folks like us as this ski in-ski out was at Peak 9, a beginner slope, which we lucked out on! You could walk right to it as you could walk to everything downtown! Staff at Ski Country are awesome and were VERY prompt and helpful! Will definitely return!!!

Perfect little ski chalet
Perfect for a quick few days of skiing. Not the owner’s fault, but a functioning indoor hot tub would have been nice. Oh well, no big deal, we were able to get to the lift in 2 minutes from the door. Pretty sweet.

Perfect location! Close to everything!
Property was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. All kitchen cooking ware in almost brand new condition and the kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. Downtown and ski lifts both close walking distance and everyone either living or renting in the building were friendly and respectful.

We liked that it was in walking distance to the slopes. The house was cute and cozy, and it was so easy to get a hold of anybody at any time to ask questions. Dryers did not work well in walking distance to all Breckenridge shops.
