The only negative we found was that one of our party is wheelchair bound and the bedrooms are all upstairs and there are some difficult steps on the lower level to navigate. "I have lived in Oside for over 20 years. This location is great. The check-in process was seamless. We were never bugged by the host. The place was very clean. The kitchen has almost every cookware one needs. Towels were abundantly available. Beach toys and gear was available and in good condition."

"Renter beware! After check out owner repeatedly sent messages about things that we amiss according to them. When disputed they miraculously were found only to come back with more issues. Also trying to charge for extras that they stated previously were included (blowup slide) It seems this owner sets the price a little lower and after your stay comes up with extra charge backs for more money. I have stayed at VRBOs for 10 years and NEVER had this issue. Tourist Trap!"
