"The apartment was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there - air conditioning, TV, hot water, refrigerator & freezer, etc. There were also books available for us to read. Felicia, the owner was also very polite and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing getaway. We're definitely going back for another stay!"

"Safe gated community with security. This unit is right across from the pool and beach. It has no outdoor deck or porch area. The back of the unit is right on main Highway A1, so you can here noise from the road at times. The description and pictures need updated some. "Our stay was very good. Convenient location. Easy to travel like the locals.Check in was not smooth as we were not met in the unit by the manager and we’re not informed. Unit was open. Security helped us to get that sorted. On night one had Wi-Fi issues which made communication with our trip group a challenge. Unit was easy to rent. Simple process. We paid the price posted."

"The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work and the air conditioner in master bedroom didn’t work properly. Lots of bees at this place too. We also paid extra for accommodations for another person, which were not provided. Security is super friendly and helpful. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. We really enjoyed the private beach and none of the hassling you get at the other resorts."

Very easy access to the shops along Queens Drive and walking distance from Margaritaville and short walk to all nightclubs. The apartment itself was clean but the bathroom was not well lit. "This was a very nice place if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay without being too far from the town. I would recommend renting a vehicle or having a driver because although it is close to the town, the shops, restaurants, and activities are not within walking distance and some tour drivers won’t do pickup from this location, unfortunately.
