"We've stayed in many VRBO and AirBNB rentals and this one was unusual. It appeared to be owner occupied as the owner's food, toiletries, and clothes were all in the home. There is not a king size bed as described, but instead a full mattress and box spring on the floor. All of the bathroom sinks contained river rocks which was unexpected. These are things a potential future renter may want to be aware of. Parking was great and the neighborhood safe and quiet. "

"We stayed here while going on a rafting trip down the Skagit River. The house was clean had a great homey feeling. It is definitely a house that is loved. We loved finding all of the frog art around the property. I would recommend this house as a nice place to post up while enjoying the great outdoors."

"This house was perfect for the needs of our group! The layout and setup of the beds worked great for us. The kids really enjoyed the backyard, especially the hot tub and basketball. "Three floor house, third floor was hot and the only space with a TV. We never used that floor was not easy to get to and scary steps. The drive way was tricky had to back up or down no turn around space, was difficult to maneuver. Wouldnt rent this space again due to that fact alone. The house and the deck were beautiful and comfortable. Only complaints is driveway to get to house and third floor, wish had better description on web page would have selected a different property."

"We were helping our son relocate from Kansas and needed a place to accommodate 3 adults and the family dog. The house worked perfectly with multiple bedrooms, a nice kitchen and family room and a fenced backyard for the dog. Our host communicated very well and was easy to work with. "Lovely property in a very nice gated community. The hot tub and sauna were great, internet better than reported and beautifully decorated. The only thing I'd change is the kitchen: really small to cook for our group, the fridge door blocks kitchen entrance when open (some models you can switch the door to the other side, which I'd recommend) and if the dishes were kept in the cupboard opposite the dishwasher, one would have more than 6 " on one side to put them away when the dishwasher door is...

"I was very disappointed in this place. A- it was not very clean and smelled weird. B- it is advertised to host 8 people with 2 bathrooms but upon arrival one bathroom was unavailable for us to use because of remodeling. "Terri's home is a lovely place. We felt we were in a retreat center. The sustainable practices are noble, and we learned some things about decreasing our footprint on earth.
