Casas de Férias em Concord, CA

"The location was excellent for us. Quiet neighborhood with good access to the freeway and local businesses. It was nice to have the enclosed backyard with patio and the beds were very comfortable."

"This house was perfect for my family of five. We came up to visit nearby family and this house was down the same street from them. The backyard was so spacious and a great space to stretch out and play. The owners were so sweet and accommodating- we were traveling with a 2 year old and asked if there was a highchair or pack n play available for the stay. There wasn't, but, the owners went out and acquired both for our stay. I was blown away! That helped so much so we did not have to pack them...

"We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths gave us plenty of space and the home felt modern and well maintained. The location was also really convenient for getting around the Bay Area with easy access to Walnut Creek and day trips toward Napa and San Francisco. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, check in was easy. Host was very communicative as well. Overall ... we really enjoyed our stay and would...

"Clean room, beautiful view and great host! Thank you for the welcoming!"

"Worked okay for us. Needs a little attention"

"Logement conforme à nos attentes et propriétaire réactif!"

"Here is a honest opinion since we stayed there. Property owner will answer and accommodate visitors. It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find. The owner let us park in their driveway which was very nice . The place is very small but very clean. The best area is the backyard with fire pit. The furniture isnt very comfortable so dont expect to hang out, but they tried to make it like homey. They were...

"Very nice place to stay !"

"The property was nice. The only problem was not much in cookware and utensils. Everything else was ok"

"Couldn't have asked for more lovely place to stay, or a smoother process. No notes. Would stay again."

"Very smooth and clean place."

"Dustin does a great job hosting guests with his wonderful Berkeley hills house. We really enjoyed the views, privacy & slept well. He has a lot of coffee making alternatives also!"

"We had a wonderful stay in May!The location was perfect for our trip. We were in town for an event at Golden Gate Park and to visit friends who live nearby, so it was very convenient. The layout worked especially well for our family of six with four young children. Having the three bedrooms upstairs that opened to a loft made it easy for everyone to be together while still having plenty of space. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made traveling...

"This was a great place to stay for a group! We did a friends trip and spent some time at Six Flags and some time in San Francisco with this home as our base. It’s right around the corner from the theme park, but the neighborhood felt safe and secure. It’s about an hour from the city and was easy to go back and forth. The rooms were great - private, clean, and well taken care of. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay last weekend was fantastic! The house was just as described in the listing, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. Communication with the host was effortless from start to finish, making the whole experience completely stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Communication with owner was clear, but the place could’ve been cleaner. Also not a great location to be in, but close enough to Oakland Arena which is what I needed."

"The property is fun. So much character and David the host is the absolute best!"

"The rental unit was just as described - lovely and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything to cover our needs. Nancy was a great communicator. Would definitely stay again. "
