"The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was a charming cabin and we will definitely be back. The hosts, Bonnie and Slim were fantastic!"

"We received a heartfelt welcome from the host. Before we checked in Chanin the host was very helpful giving us great information about different types of activities like kayaking, tubing fishing.local restaurants, shops and even parking at Broadway in Nashville. She continued being available whenever we asked for something. Cabin was very clean, kitchen had everything you need, beds were the best we ever slept in. Jacuzzi was perfect after long day of activities. We enjoyed drinking morning...

"I stayed at a lot of rentals, and this is one of the best ones I've stayed at. Top 3 I can only image all of her properties are top-notch. Because the cabin was phenomenal. Also Chanin & Eric's communications, hospitality, and kindness was also phenomenal. One of the best experiences i've had renting a a house"

"This pet friendly property was a lovely spot on a small pond with lots of fun birds to enjoy, and plenty of room for short dog walks. The host was friendly and responsive, and the rooms were clean and well supplied with plenty of linens and a working kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, and exploring the surrounding waterfalls and historic sites."

"The cabin was so awesome and I’m super glad there wasn’t a tv as I got to really spend time with my loved ones. Stuart was awesome and a very gracious host. Will definitely be staying again at this wonderful little slice of heaven."

"The property is fabulous loved it and would stay again. Like is comfy tree house. My only issues were it was hard to find so def do during the day I lost gps which was a problem when I arrived and did not see cabin. Also I searched by proximity to Brownland said 3.4 miles and that was not true 20 min drive. The host was great and came and turned on AC for me"
