This exquisite 3-bedroom ensuite home offers the perfect blend of relaxation, entertainment, and Southern luxury for families, friends, and pet lovers alike. We are proudly pet-friendly with a $100 pet fee. Pool & Jacuzzi heating available for an additional $100 per day.

The chateau comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and features three beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms with premium mattresses, luxury bedding, and Smart TVs in every room. Upstairs, guests can enjoy a spacious poker room and entertainment loft complete with a queen sleeper sofa. This exclusive and charming retreat offers beautifully appointed spaces for an unforgettable experience for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking, baking, and hosting memorable meals. Guests can enjoy island bar seating as well as a beautiful dining area. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, central A/C, washer and dryer, decorative fireplace, and everyday essentials to make your stay comfortable and convenient. There is not a working fireplace in the cabin. There is a fire pit outside.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis designed for relaxation and fun. Enjoy the sparkling pool and jacuzzi, lounge poolside on chaise chairs, or unwind beneath the covered patio with large screen TV, outdoor seating and scenic pasture views. The outdoor grill station makes entertaining easy, while the cozy fire pit creates the perfect setting for evenings under the stars. The spacious green pasture also provides plenty of room for pets to run and explore.

Leipers Chateau is ideally located just 3 miles from the charming village of Leipers Fork, known for its art galleries, boutiques, coffee shops, local eateries, and the legendary Fox & Locke live music venue. Guests are also only 10 minutes from Southall Farm & Inn, offering luxury spa services, fine dining, zip lining, biking trails, and outdoor experiences. Historic Downtown Franklin is just a short drive away with boutique shopping, live music, and award-winning restaurants.

The Chateau may be available for photo or video shoots, weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, and other special gatherings for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance to discuss your plans and obtain approval.

An event is defined as any gathering where the number of people on the property exceeds the number of registered overnight guests. We kindly ask that you be transparent and forthcoming about any planned event, celebration, or additional visitors so we can ensure the property is the right fit for your needs.

We are pet-friendly! A $100 pet fee applies and must be paid at the time of booking.

Please note that the pool and spa are not heated by default. If you would like to enjoy the heated spa during your stay, heating is available for an additional fee of $100 per day. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements as it take a few hours to heat.
