Overnight parking on Pikes Peak Ave is free, while S 25th street is metered with no overnight parking permitted. Although the public parking lot behind the building is free during the day, overnight parking is not allowed there.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. ❄️ Seasonal AC: During the winter months, the window AC is removed and then it's reinstalled for the summer.
