Getting Around:

Guests should plan to have a vehicle. Public transportation is limited in this area, but parking is available in the garage and driveway.

• Manitou Springs – 12 minutes

• Top of Pikes Peak Mountain - 42 minutes



Other Things to Note:

• No pets allowed.

• No smoking inside. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

• This home has a steep driveway. During winter, AWD or 4WD is recommended but not necessary.

• Guests must be able to navigate stairs. The home is not wheelchair accessible.
